Neji and hinata:hit until your screen says 3 combo hit then use super attack. Sasuke and orochimaru - throw enemy in air as soon as they hit the ground use fire style jutsu hint:to do a better fire jutsu if you hav full chakra hold the buttons for a long one. note:this combination will sometimes kill enemy
Naruto(nine tailed) - do a full set of hits them use super attack. Sasuke(sharingan) - throw enemy in air then do one jump then press x for super attack the attack would be phinix flower jutsu.
